This also includes: Industrial real estate: manufacturing, production, distribution, storage, and research and development. Examples include factories, power plants, and warehouses. We also partner with Land owners as developers or on equity bases.
We have a clear understanding of the financial magnitude and complexity of the real estate market in Nigeria, especially in the cosmopolitan areas, however, there are different approaches: financial and developing schemes as solutions to the constraints.
There is a real and major demand for Real estate development in Nigeria and it is ever increasing; Marik Schmidt is presently working on a 48 Acres of Land in Gbongo Village to build a Farm Resort that will also provide medium to low scheme housing for farming villages and also serve as a resort center. This is based in Osun State and due for completion in Q1 2023.
For us, it is mostly about the utility we can provide in meeting infrastructural needs in the housing sector in Nigeria… the demand is real and increasing.
